Since 2010, MATE   has been running English Access Microscholarship Program classes in QADI AYAD HIGH SCHOOL OF  TETOUAN; a program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State to benefit Moroccan youth at public secondary schools in TETOUAN and it's rrgion. To date, over sixty students aged 14-18 have benefited from this two-year scholarship.

Students participate in 360 hours of English language instruction and additional workshops that introduce the youth to American culture, community service, policy issues, and career enhancement resources.

The English language curriculum strengthens English speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills with additional extracurricular activities.
